Size scale is approximate: XS - fits approx. 0-9m(41-45cm), S - fits approx. 6-18m(43-47cm), M - fits approx. 18m-5yrs(47-51cm), L - fits approx. 5-12yrs(51-54cm). Adult is one size. The infant size makes a great baby shower gift too!
