Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after we receive it. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Sol Baby offers several USPS options for you to choose from based on shipping service and location. Purchases over $25 ship for free. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed to receive your item(s), although most often you will receive it sooner.

We also offer in-store pickup for orders placed at no additional charge. If you need it overnight, please contact us for rates.

Because some products are larger/bulkier and not conducive to economical shipping, we can arrange local delivering within a 8 mile radius of Hermosa Beach, CA or prepare them for you to pick up. These products are identified as locally shipped in the product description.

Please note that the Free Shipping over $25 offer only applies to orders shipped in the Continental U.S.

We will confirm your order, including shipping, within 24 hours and answer any questions you may have.
