Where do your items baby clothes & toddler clothes from?
Our products ship from Hermosa Beach, Ca usually within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We currently ship worldwide!
How long does it take after ordering to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after we receive it. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Sol Baby offers several USPS options for you to choose from based on shipping service and location.
Purchases over $25 ship for free. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed to receive your item(s), although most often you will receive it sooner. Priority Mail shipping will arrive in 2-3 Days. International shipments placed outside of the US will arrive in 5-15 Days.
What will my items be shipped in?
Most orders are shipped in an eco-friendly branded poly mailer. Trucker hats and larger sized orders will ship in our premium Sol Baby mailing box.

How should I wash my clothing items?
We always recommend hand-washing or running a delicate cycle to wash any of your little munchkin’s clothes.
What material are your baby clothes and toddler clothes made from?
Sol Baby styles are made from a wide variety of materials from polyester to cotton to nylon.
With prices so low, how is the quality of your baby clothes and toddler clothes?
Because we hand-inspect all items before shipping, you can rest assured that what you ordered will come un-damaged and as-advertised. We will work with you one-on-one to resolve any unforeseen issues that might arise.

Our clothes are manufactured in multiple countries from the US to India to China just as almost every other big-box baby clothing brand seen in major retail department stores do. What sets us apart is that we have selected only a handful of these vendors to work with and have developed a personal relationship with each ensuring quality and originality.
Do you design your baby clothes and toddler clothes?
Yes! Sol Baby has original designs and private label products and exclusively produced Sol Baby items will consume a majority of our inventory!
The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
We restock items weekly, but feel free to contact us and we will provide an ETA on when the next shipment might arrive. Also, you can sign up to receive a notification when the item is back in stock!
Do you have a brick & mortar store?
Yes! Our flagship store is located in beautiful downtown Hermosa Beach, Ca. Just steps to the beach and the Pacific Ocean!
Where else can I purchase your items?
Sol Baby products are currently sold through the Sol Baby website and through our wholesale partners throughout the United States. We recently opened our private label items up for wholesale. We plan to supply retailers around the country from boutiques to department stores with the Sol Baby brand over the coming months.

How do I get my baby featured on the Better Baby Boutique Instagram?
Sol Baby selects randomly from babies who have purchased items from our store and tagged @shosolbaby in well-lit, high-quality photos which feature the purchased items from Sol Baby (Note* - items must be in-stock in high quantities). We verify purchases before posting and may request the photos through email to prevent loss of quality.
How do I become a brand rep for Sol Baby?
Sol Baby only selects brand reps who are true fans of the company, having promoted the brand in a holistic way through various social media channels including Facebook & Instagram. Brand reps have demonstrated their ability to promote Sol Baby's clothing in well-lit, high-quality photos that are consistent with the brand theme. The brand theme rotates on a seasonal schedule and can be found throughout all marketing collateral. To be eligible, customers must tag Sol Baby in both the photo & caption of their post on Instagram and/or Facebook channels.
